Incompetence at Leicester

Catalogued here is a (non-exhaustive and ever-expanding) list of the incompetence and bad-faith acting of the management at Leicester.

When sending out redundancy consultation notifications - one of the most important letters any employee would ever recieve - they screwed it up.

They sent them to the wrong people, sent some people no letters who should have got letters, sent people letters who should have had no letters. They then asked the trade union to let them know who had and hadn't received a letter. They then issued an apology and sent out new, definitely correctly addressed, letters.

These are the people who wield the axe over our careers and ability to support our families.
